There has not been much to post the last couple weeks. We have been doing the little stuff, and a couple big jobs. Biggest job has been electrical. Getting all the wiring in and connected is a major . The other biggie was the HVAC. We went with an electrice heat pump settup. This costs a little more but in the long run it will payoff in the utiltiy bills. Also a great selling point.
 Chad spent 3 weekend in the attic wiring and installing the ducts.Damn hard work in the heat.
We got out cover permit from the electrical inspector Friday. So I finished framing and started to insulate the walls. We could be ready to hang the drywall in two weeks. after that we will call the insulation guys and blow in the attic going to be R38 rating.
