In the begining

December 2009, Diane and Harry purchased a lot in Cox Landing. This lot is North of Dessert Air  and South of Mattawa. Address: 26331 Rd U, Mattawa Wa
Cox landing was an apple orchard on the Columbia River. It is next to 33,000 acres of the Buck Shot Game Reserve. There are many recreational actives in the immediate area.
During the excavation of the lot it was noted that there was only 1 rock in the sand. Hence the name "One Rock". The lot is all sand from the Great Montana Flood, during pre-historic times.
