wind and fun

The wind blows here. several times we came down and found this type of sand. The lot has very little growing so when the wind , up to 95mph, comes up watch out. We screwed OSB on the walls so that the insulation could not be damaged. Took a little break and joined our friends Dan and Ann on their 42 footer in Kennewick for a ride. Dia and Ann in their dingy behind the big boat. Then we bought the American Skier.  Diane is taking the helm for the first time. More pictures of that later.

Sheetrock

Oh the work in sheetrocking, then sanding, then texturing, then painting. After all that covering the walls withOSB and painting them.Shelving makes it so much easier to find things. Diane is enjoying a few minutes.

framing to inside

Framing the inside was fun, we got to shoot the hell out of our new nail gun. No one got hurt. had a few beer at the end of a day with a fire.

The pour

The concrete was poured by a local. They really worked, we had bad weather, snow on April 5. Took a long time to set up but the final product is good.
